Took part in 2 successful pre-openings and 2 rebranding stints. Educated (B.A. & M.B.A. business studies) in Honolulu, Hawai'i. Recently acquired USA sponsored Certified Customer Experience Professional certification - CCXP (less than a thousand existing worldwide).
Intercontinental education and experiences have tremendously influenced and improved his technical skills, cognitive abilities, and emotional intelligence competencies thus overall having formed a well versed international hotelier, Customer Experience professional, and global citizen.
