Predrag Topić, Executive director, planning and organizational development, Confluence Property Management

Prior to joining Confluence in 2011, Mr. Topić spent more than five years in British American Tobacco South East Europe, joining this blue-chip company within its highly competitive two-year Management Trainee program, covering Trade & Distribution, Brand, Strategic Planning & Marketing Research, and Marketing Finance departments. The last two areas were his executive positions, after which he focused on Corporate and Regulatory Affairs. In Confluence, he is now assuming the position of Executive Director for Planning and Organizational Development. He is also vice-president of NALED’s (National Alliance for Local Economic Development) Forum of Leaders for the Future, as well as one of eleven members of Serbian Government’s Working Group with the main task of defining concrete measures for improvement of Republic of Serbia’s position on World Bank’s Doing Business list.
Mr. Topić is a graduate of Faculty of Organizational Sciences’ department of Management from the University of Belgrade.
