Burc Korkmazlar, General Manager, Europa, LC Waikiki
Burc Korkmazlar is the General Manager of Europe region in LC WAIKIKI. He is responsible for 15 countries including Ukraine, Belarus, Serbia, Bosnia, Greece, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco and Poland, operating 170 stores in the region, 4.000 employees and 545.000.000$ budget.
Burc Korkmazlar graduated from University of Istanbul, Faculty of Communication. He joined Marks and Spencer, TR in 1995, and left the company after 7 years, in 2002 in a position of Area Manager.
In 2003, Burc Korkmazlar joined LC WAIKIKI as Area Manager. Till 2009 he was managing different areas of Turkey. Later on he continued as Operational Director. With LC WAIKIKI’s expansion in international markets, Burc Korkmazlar was assigned as International Expansion Director. During 3-years period he started operation in 24 new markets. Starting from May 2013, he has been operating European region.
