Gregor Famira is partner at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz and founder of the company’s offices in Zagreb (2003) and Ljubljana (2008). He is head of the Hotels & Leisure Group for CEE region. He is a renowned legal expert on corporate and real estate transactions.

He has been involved in numerous large-scale transactional corporate matters, especially in the hotels & leisure sector.
