Jovana Martinović, MRICS, MSc, Deputy CEO, Merin Holdings
As Deputy CEO, Jovana is responsible for strategic planning, financial structuring and feasibility assessment of the company’s investment ventures, across all property segments. She is also in charge of operational management and project coordination during development stage, cooperating tightly with the company’s technical, legal and sales experts.
She has comprehensive knowledge of all relevant aspects of real estate industry, gained through 10 years of experience in Investment and development, Banking and Advisory sectors. Prior to joining Merin Holdings, Jovana has lead the Valuation and Advisory Department at Colliers International, worked at UniCredit Bank Serbia within the Strategic Risk Management and Control Department, at MPC Holding within the Acquisition department and at the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Serbia.
Jovana holds a MRICS designation in Valuation pathway, MSc degree in Quantitative Finance (IMQF - International Masters in Quantitative Finance program at the University of Belgrade), MSc degree in Economics (University of Belgrade) and is currently on the path of becoming a CFA charter holder, with passed Levels 1 and 2.
