Nikola Suzić, Head of Collateral Management Unit, UniCredit Bank Serbia

Nikola Suzić is currently Head of Collateral Management Unit within Strategic Risk Management and Control Department at UniCredit Bank Serbia, involved in analysis of all major projects and collaterals of UniCredit bank. Nikola has extensive 10-year experience in the real estate industry, on both consultancy and investment side. Prior to joining UniCredit bank, he was senior real estate valuer at NAI atrium and CBRE. His background is in banking, Real Estate sector and legislation on use of collaterals for credit risk mitigation purposes. Nikola holds a Master degree in Real Estate Management and Development from the Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland. Moreover, he also holds a Graduate Diploma in Finance, Banking and Insurance from the Faculty of Economics, Belgrade.
Belgrade Serbia. Nikola is court expert in economic-finance area and he also holds a domestic real estate valuation license.
