Emanuel is Partner in Horwath HTL, responsible for global Strategic Advice Practice. He is focused on strategy and operations consulting in the hospitality sector, and has a rich portfolio of consulting engagements for leading global and regional companies, covering most of the European countries.

Through major organization & transformation projects he was solving strategic HR challenges from both downsizing and growth perspectives. Strongly believes in Organizational Culture as a key success factor for any company.
