Vladimir Milovanović, Director, 3lite, Serbia
Vladimir Milovanovic has 15 years of top level leadership experience in Construction Project Management of large scale and mega projects in Europe, Middle East, Central Asia and Africa, working for leading construction companies from UK and USA. His expertise is in Contract Management under FIDIC suite of contracts and Project Control Mechanisms at all project stages, including Project Setup, Pre-Construction phase, Construction phase and Project Closeout.
Vladimir brings practical experience from drafting, supervising and/or managing over 100 contracts totalling $1.2 billion in value, and working with expert teams on claims and dispute resolutions involving world’s largest construction companies and law firms.
As one of the founders of 3lite, an independent Project & Business Consultancy, Vladimir leads the company’s activities in Project Audits, Procurement and Contract Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Value Engineering and Recovery of Distressed Projects.
Vladimir holds an Honours degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering from University of Malta.
