Gerald Grüll, Head Asset Management, Retail Europa, Immofinanz

Gerald Grüll has been active in the real estate sector for roughly 18 years, where he concentrated on the retail business of international corporations. Since December 2016 he has headed IMMOFINANZ‘s Asset Management Retail and, in this function, has been responsible for more than 80 properties in seven countries.
His previous activities included the general refurbishing, renovation and expansion of the Donauzentrum shopping center in Vienna and the SCS shopping center in Vösendorf for the French Unibail-Rodamco real estate group.
Mr. Grüll, who comes from Upper Austria, studied spatial planning and regional development at the TU Wien and also completed a real estate master at the Danube University Krems and an executive management training programme for international real estate in Regensburg, Milan and Paris.
