Ivana Panić, Partner, Law office Moravčević Vojnović & Partners, in cooperation with Schoenherr

Ivana Panić is an attorney at law with Moravčević Vojnović and Partners, one of the leads for construction practice in Schoenherr, with almost 10 years of experience with the industry. She specialises in construction law (with an emphasis on FIDIC Conditions of Contract), along with real estate and construction arbitration in the CEE.

Currently, she is working on the PhD in International Private Law on the topic FIDIC dispute aspect. Given that construction law/FIDIC is her main area of expertise, Ivana has been engaged in all the firm’s FIDIC-related projects on various project sides (investors, contractors and subcontractors) throughout the CEE in different industries, such as highway construction and financing, retail center development, construction arbitration, hotel/resort development. Ivana is acting as local FIDIC trainer with the Serbian Association of Consulting Engineers.

Aside from her legal practice role, Ivana is one of the main organizers of Schoenherr’s Annual Construction Conference in Vienna that looks at further develop construction market in CEE.
