Rastko Đorđevic, Executive Vice President Head of Asset Management EMEA, JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group
Rastko joined JLL in 2013 and is currently heading JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group’s Asset Management team in EMEA. He is providing on-going asset management services to owners of internationally branded luxury hotels located in key gateway cities, focusing on sustainable economic performance enhancement opportunities, repositioning strategies and value growth.
Prior to joining JLL, Rastko managed an office and retail portfolio consisting of 34 assets spread across 24 cities. Previous to that, Rastko worked for CBRE Hotels in both Spain and as Head of the Latin American & Caribbean region, where he managed numerous portfolio valuations, operator selections, development and investment advisory projects in Europe and Latin America.
Rastko gained his operational and business development experience whilst working for Hilton Hotels in more than 6 properties as well as at Hilton’s EMEA franchising office in Frankfurt.
Rastko is fluent in English, German, Spanish and Serbian.
Qualifications
Rastko has a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in International Hospitality Management and holds a Hotel Management Diploma from the Swiss Hotel Management School Les Roches and in addition he holds an EMBA from IE Business School in Madrid. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and serves as a Board Member of the Hotel Asset Management Association (HAMA) European chapter.
