Solving challanging and complex problems in the field of property development and architecture. At the moment acting as Head of Design and Project Director of the Liget Budapest (www.ligetbudapest.org) project at Városliget Zrt., developing a 700 mEUR project including new museums and the complete renewal of the city park in Budapest. Understanding the complexity of the project, managing the parallel design processes in line with the high sustainability expectations whilst taking into consideration the lifetime cost effects of each decision are the most important aspects.
Working together with other departments such as PR and marketing and integrating their needs into the decisions of my directorate are also key issues to a succesful project.
Understanding the need of the project owners, advising them when setting the goals and meeting the expectation in the most effective way are my objectives.
