 With more than 14 years of experience in the hotel industry Mirella Premeru currently works as a Revenue management director at Valamar Riviera d.d. leading a team of 18 Revenue Managers and assistants in 4 destinations. Since graduation from the University of Tourism and Hospitality Management Mirella has worked in several prestigious hotel companies such as "The Regent Esplanade Zagreb", "Suncani Hvar Hotels" and „Valamar Riviera“. Her focus areas and experience include maximising the impact of revenue management through strategic and operational management, optimising sale processes, implementation of property management systems and other operational platforms as well as planning strategic investments.
