Mina Kalezic, Marketing and Sales Director- Key Account Manager, CBRE
CURRENT ROLE
Mina Kalezic is in charge of all marketing activities pertinent to the local market brand promotion, development of marketing strategies and marketing and sales campaigns, acting as Director of Marketing and Sales for the key company’s clients.
At the corporate level, Mina is in charge of the layout, design and contents of all corporate materials and local PR activities and acts as External and Internal Communications Manager for Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro for the needs of CBRE network and external – clients and press requirements. In addition, Mina is tightly involved in residential, retail and office projects on design and realization of marketing strategies and recommended marketing budget that sets off the given sales / lease process before and throughout the project duration, fully managing Advertising & PR campaigns on behalf of the investors, and participates in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, architects, advertisers and marketing agencies to market products and services. Mina manages the residential sales department and acts as a sales manager of all key developers whose residential projects CBRE represents.

Mina has 9 years of experience in marketing and sales in real estate. Prior to joining CBRE Serbia, Mina worked as academic manager in Kontext Language Agency and as external trainer in British Council. With substantial experience in the field Mina is now successfully managing residential sales and marketing department and represents key residential projects in the market as Sales and Marketing Manager.

Central Garden
- Central Garden, the first Belgrade downtown condominium, developed by key Israeli investors Afi Europe and Shikun & Binui Group, encompasses 500 apartments, retail space on the ground floor, 16,000 sq m office tower, and private park on 2,600 sq m. Sales & Marketing Manager
- Voždove kapije, the first condominium in Vozdovac area in Belgrade. The project is being developed by Israeli investor Shikun & Binui Group, totalling 700 apartments, underground garage, retail space on the ground floor, office building and private park on 7,000 sq m. Sales & Marketing Manager
- Skyline Belgrade, at the location of former Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kneza Milosa Street is being developed by Israeli investor Afi Europe, holding 68,000 sq m of multi-use commercial and residential complex, out of which 34,000 sq m is for residential use, 4,000 sq m as retail, and 30,000 sq m allocated as office space.
