CURRENT ROLE
Jelena is a Director, responsible for Retail Agency Team. She specialises in advising Occupiers and Landlords on all aspects of the occupation and leasing of retail space. In addition, she has been responsible for development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, innovations and business development strategies implementation. She also advises developers and investors on what occupiers requirements are, utilises economic and commercial surveys to identify new potential markets and target new clients, developing pricing strategies by balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction, thus following global retail trends.

BACKGROUD
Prior to joining CBRE Serbia Jelena was Director of Commercial Brokerage Services at Colliers International, where she started her career in 2001 and gained valuable real estate experience throughout the opening of Serbian real estate market. Jelena has extensive experience in both retail and office agency and has managed company’s key clients during a number of years. She was responsible for expansion of many bank branches and HQ buildings as well some major transactions in both retail and office section. Some of the key clients include: PMI, Microsoft, PWC, Raiffeisen Bank, EFG Eurobank, Societe Generale, Oracle, GM, P&G, H&M, Delhaize, etc.
Jelena was awarded Best sales person in Colliers International in 2003, Best sales person in Colliers SEE in year 2004 and also gained special recognition for client retention and networking in 2005.
