Jelena has over thirteen years of professional experience in advising on a wide range of M&A transactions and business restructuring/reorganization projects including numerous real-estate projects.
Her expertise covers all areas of Serbian and Montenegrin tax system including both direct and indirect taxes.
She was involved in a number of tax due diligence real estate projects and in communication with the tax officials (i.e. both the Ministry of Finance and the Tax Authorities) in respect to numerous real estate related matters.
Jelena advised numerous clients from the real estate industry including Delta Real Estate, Soravia, Merrill Lynch, MPC, etc.
Jelena is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the global body for professional accountants
