Filip Kovačević, Manager, Tax Department of Deloitte, Serbia
Filip Kovacevic is a Manager in the Tax Department of Deloitte, which he joined in 2010. Mr. Kovacevic provides tax advisory services primarily in the field of indirect taxes (VAT, customs and excise duties) to both domestic and international clients that carry out their business activities in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Filip graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, whereas he has gained his LL.M. in Financial Law degree in Germany at the Institute for Law and Finance (ILF) organized within Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main.
During his stay in Germany Filip finished a one-semester course International Taxation at the University of Mannheim. He also had a chance to gain international work experience working in the Tax Department of the law firm P+P Pöllath+Partners.
Filip was involved in numerous projects from the construction industry in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), seated in the Netherlands, as well as a member of the Serbian Fiscal Society (SFS).
