Živorad Vasić,

Živorad Vasic ended up high school and college in Boston (USA). At Boston University he earned two degrees: hotel manager and degree in Finance. During his studies, he lived in Boston, but then worked in eight US cities and eleven hotels. In 2005. He participated in the opening of the largest boutique hotel with 1 500 rooms in Denver (Colorado). Zivorad gained his professional experience gradually, from CMT programmer, through months-long training cources in different sectors of hospitality, working as a night manager at the reception, household director, deputy rooms director and room director. After seventeen years, when he returned from America and started working at Belgrade Hotel Continental, he wanted to transfer business principles that he learned in America to hotel staff. He believes that hotel manager has three responsibilities: to the owner, the guests and the employees. When those three are harmonized and works good, then the results are certainly visible. He was a leader of a team that took a part in opening new hotel Crowne Plaza in Belgrade which, as a brand, belongs to the largest hotel group - InterContinental Hotels Group. Since 2011, he is a member of a manager’s board at Delta Holding. He is 39, married and has one son.
