Dragos Victor Stefanescu, Managing Director – Southern Eastern Europe, Bouyugues Construction
Master graduated of the Civil Engineering High School of Bucharest (Romania) – “Ecole de Ponts et Chaussées” – Dragos Victor Stefanescu entered the Bouygues Group in 1990.
From 1990 to 2004, he worked in France having different responsibilities from Construction Site Manager up to Operational Director for Bouygues Bâtiment Ile de France (100% Bouygues Construction’s subsidiary).
In 2005 he joined Bouygues Bâtiment International as General Manager of Bouygues Romania.
Since 2011 he is in charge of the business development of Bouygues within the SE Europe. Since 2013, he was involved in the execution of the concession contract of the Airport of Zagreb (€ 300M) and recently (February 2016) of the concession contract of the Cruise Terminal of Dubrovnik (€ 100M)
