Ivan Nardin

In last 14 years Ivan Nardin working in retail. I was worked on all position from Sales Director to the shop assistant. My work experience mostly covers work in retail. During my work in retail I was frequently in touch with many famous sports and fashion brands and along with that I was learning about their specific business philosophies. Cooperation with companies from Germany, Italy , Greece and Turkey , brought me experience in the retail aspects . Turkish brands and the philosophy of work to bring our market system that is not similar to any used herein , which opens new perspectives on retail.
In the last 10 years, which I have spent in management positions, I gained a great work experience and knowledge in organizing work, managing people, in creating and conducting presentations, improving KPI and reach the budgets.
Retail can be successful only if you have teams , and my specialty is the creation, strengthening and managing teams.
