Mina Kalezić, Sales & Marketing Manager, CBS International doo (part of the CBRE Affiliate Network)

Mina Kalezic is in charge of all marketing activities pertinent to the local market brand promotion, development of marketing strategies and marketing and presale campaigns accompanying the sales / lease transactions, as well as preparation and realization of the marketing tools oriented towards targeted department clients that add further value to CBRE services.

At the corporate level, Mina is in charge of the layout, design and contents of all corporate materials and local PR activities and acts as External and Internal Communications Manager for both Serbia and Montenegro for the needs of CBRE network and external – clients and press requirements. In addition, Mina is tightly involved in residential, retail and office projects on design and realization of marketing strategy and recommended marketing budget that sets off the given sales / lease process before and throughout the project duration, fully managing Advertising & PR campaigns on behalf of the investors, and participates in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, architects, advertisers and marketing agencies to market products and services. Mina manages the residential sales department and acts as a sales manager of all key developers whose residential projects CBRE represents.

Central Garden

Central Garden, the first Belgrade downtown condominium, developed by key Israeli investors Afi Europe and Shikun & Binui Group, encompasses 500 apartments, retail space on the ground floor, 16,000 sq m office tower, and Inner Park on 2,600 sq m. Full management of the marketing and sales campaign.

Aviv Park Pancevo
Aviv Park Pancevo, the first retail park in Serbia, holding cca. 30,000 sq m of gross retail area. Design, copyright and production of all marketing materials. Full management of Advertising & PR Campaign, acting as a PR on behalf of the investor.

Casa di Gloria
Casa di Gloria, a residential complex holding 33 apartments and ground retail space, in the heart of one of the most popular residential municipalities Vracar. Design, copyright and realization of all marketing tools, definition of the media plan, full management of the Advertising & PR campaign.

Harmony Apartments

Harmony Apartments, strong mid-end residential complex in one of the most desirable residential areas Vracar, holding 80 apartments. Design, copy-write and realization of all marketing tools, management of the marketing and sales campaign.

BACKGROUND

Mina has had over 7 years of experience in marketing and sales in real estate. Prior joining CBRE Serbia, Mina worked as academic manager in Kontext Language Agencand as external trainer in British Council. With substantial experience in the field Minanow successfully managing residential sales and marketing department.
