Misa Lazovic is the founder and CEO of Kredium, a cross-border real estate and mortgage platform helping international buyers invest in global markets more efficiently. Headquartered across the UAE, Serbia, and the US, Kredium bridges buyers, banks, and developers through a digital-first experience.
With deep expertise in alternative investment destinations, Misa has been instrumental in guiding investors toward high-growth real estate markets like the UAE, where regulatory openness, strategic urban development, and tax efficiency create compelling investment opportunities.
He began his career at the National Bank of Serbia as an internal auditor, later joining the digital innovation agency Neopix, and then working in strategy consulting with Boston Consulting Group and Strategy& across Europe and the Middle East.
Misa holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Niš
