Branko Bukvić, co-founder, Portal dobos.rs; partner at Four Legal Attorneys at Law

Branko was one of the founders of the dobos.rs, the only online foreclosure listing in SEE. Using his vast experience in corporate law, including numerous engagements by the banks in foreclosure related issues, Branko was able to tailor dobos.rs to be compliant with specific needs of banks and leasing companies, but still user friendly and accessible to the majority of people that have not previously purchased real estate on auctions. In addition to his activities at dobos.rs, Branko is a partner at Four Legal Attorneys at Law, a full scale commercial law firm in Belgrade. His professional engagement is primarily focused on legal assistance to domestic and foreign companies in order to harmonize their internal organization, management structure and business operations with competent corporate legislation of the Republic of Serbia. He took a part in various joint ventures, M&A and take-over procedures. In 2013 Branko has passed the Bankruptcy Trustee Examination and his current focus within Four Legal is set at foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings.
