My professional journey has taken me from Serbia to the United States, Russia, and France—each chapter adding new dimensions to my leadership, technical, and strategic capabilities. Despite global engagements, I have always returned to my roots in Serbia, where I have spent the last 12 years serving as CEO of Lafarge Serbia.
With a career spanning expert and executive roles, I have cultivated a deep understanding of industrial processes, cross-cultural leadership, and business transformation. My current focus is on driving sustainable innovation, leading the decarburization of our operations, and steering Lafarge Serbia towards net-zero CO₂ emissions.
