Biljana Zdrale has been working as a Sales Consultant for more than 15 years. She is (together with her husband) the owner of the franchise of the largest global Sales Consulting Company - Mercuri International (for the Serbian market).

Working as a Sales Consultant in the Projects of complete reconstruction of underachieving Sales Departments, she partners with client organizations from the ground up identifying, planning, sourcing and finally implementing the development initiative that will have the greatest positive impact possible, not only to sales results but also to the completely new sales culture that occurs as a result of the Projects she takes part in.

Besides this, she is the CEO and Co-Founder of the Startup Boostowski - the app that improves the Operational Efficiency of the Retail Salespeople.

Being in close relationship with the Retailers, she has good insight into the challenges they are facing, especially in the crisis caused by the pandemic.
