Naya Boltetsou

Prior to joining WFW, Naya spent five years as General Counsel of an international boutique hotel management group of companies, which have extensive business across Europe, USA, Central & South America, Africa and Asia.

In this role, Naya was a member of the Executive Committee, providing legal counsel and guidance to the management team and legal support to all aspects of facets of the business, such as worldwide development, contract negotiation, transactions and global group projects and operations including international hospitality development projects and mixed used resort in Switzerland (St. Moritz) & Greece (Kalamata) and a series of other projects in Argentina, Morocco, Thailand, Israel, Caribbean, Bermuda, Italy and Greece. During her private practice with WFW she has been involved into residential and hospitality projects that operate in Europe (Athens Greek islands included), Turkey and Asia.

Naya was a senior associate with a leading law firm in Athens (Greece) from 2005 to 2014, developing extensive experience in Banking and Finance, M&A, Securities, Debt Financing and Corporate Law.

She is a dual qualified Solicitor in England & Wales and Greece.
