Štromar has over 20 years of professional experience in the management and implementation of large investment projects in the domestic and foreign markets, which he gained as a member of the Board of the Institute IGH d.d. responsible for the activities of design, professional supervision and project management. Through his work in supervisory and management boards, he gained experience in supervising the operations of companies. Štromar has extensive experience in the implementation of projects under FIDIC and other models of international agreements in the implementation of investment projects by international financial institutions (WB, EBRD, IFC, CEF) and projects co-financed by grants from EU funds. He is well acquainted with technical regulations and as a member of commissions he participated in the drafting of laws and bylaws and is a lecturer at preparatory seminars for taking the professional exam. He is a senior lecturer at the University North in Varaždin. He is a specialist in energy efficiency in buildings, noise map and noise protection. Štromar is Certified Project Manager - level B, by International Project Management Association (IPMA).
