Sascha is an experienced global tourism expert with a demonstrated track record in the international tourism industry specialized in urban tourism. His current designation is Deputy Director of the Liaison Department of the World Tourism Cities Federation, Beijing collaborating prominent tourism cities around the world. Previously, he was based in Madrid, Spain for 6 years commissioned by the Destination Management Programme of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). Additionally, he has vast experience in tour guiding and worked as a trainer, coach and recruiter of touring personnel and as head of destinations in Europe for a German tour operator. Sascha is equipped with a Master's degree in Tourism Planning and Management from Udima Universidad a Distancia de Madrid and a Diploma degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Technical University Berlin.
