Nicole Hoermann

Senior Analyst, Metzger Reinberg Group, Austria

Nicole is currently senior analyst and leads all hotel valuations at the independent chartered surveyor’s office Metzger Reinberg Group.

She has over 25 years of hospitality experience in various fields within the tourism industry. After spending several years in luxury hotels of the renowned Starwood Group, Hotel Imperial and Bristol in Vienna, the Goldener Hirsch in Salzburg and the world famous St. Regis in New York, she focused her career on financial controlling. Upon returning to her home country Austria, she was able to expand her financial controlling skills in the compilation of feasibility studies and property valuation at "MRG Metzger Realitäten Gruppe".

In addition Nicole also has experience in managing a 4-star hotel & wellness resort in the northern part of Austria where she was also responsible for a new development concept before she moved on to the well-known consultancy company Michaeler & Partner as senior consultant.

During her professional career she advised renowned developers such as UBM, CA Immo, Signa, WertInvest, JP Immobilien and various state authorities in Austria and Germany to name a few, held guest lectures at IIR (Institute for international Research), ARS (Akademie für Recht Steuern & Wirtschaft – academy for law, tax and business) and European University of Belgrade and published articles in Austrian print magazines like “The Presse”, Fokus Magazine and Hotelbaujournal.
