Andrej Sovrovic is a member of the Executive Board of Delta Holding and the General Manager of Delta’s hotel business. With an academic background in Political Science from University College London and International Political Economy from London School of Economics and Political Science, Andrej began his professional journey at Delta Holding through the Young Leaders program. He quickly rose through the ranks, gaining cross-sector experience that shaped his strategic and operational perspective.
Since 2022, he has been leading the Delta Hospitality sector, overseeing a portfolio that includes Crowne Plaza Belgrade, Radisson Collection Hotel, Old Mill Belgrade, Hotel Indigo Belgrade, and InterContinental Ljubljana. In parallel, he serves as Cluster General Manager for IHG Hotels & Resorts, overseeing brand alignment and operational standards across IHG properties within the portfolio, with a strong focus on innovation, expansion, and elevating service standards.
His leadership is defined by a forward-looking approach to hospitality, focused on strengthening business performance, enhancing the guest experience, and driving excellence across hotel operations. Andrej brings a modern and people-oriented management style, with an emphasis on adaptability, team culture, and long-term sustainable growth within the hospitality industry.
