Zaklina Gligorijevic
Graduated architecture and holds Master of Science in Urbanism from Belgrade University. Her professional experience was gathered in private, NGO and recently in public sector, and academic knowledge updated at MIT and Harvard GSD in Cambridge, MA. She signed various arhitectural and urban design competitions, projects, and plans in Serbia and Montenegro, strategig studies and international projects in Cyprus, Ireland, USA and Romania. Interested in improvements of planning system, urban devekopment and managment, creative sector and urban recycling, since nineties. Organized international seminars, exhibitions, workshops and events through proffessional associations and Town Planning Institute and commiunication with cities of Vienna and Barcelona from 2005. After the american experience especially intersted in public sector, public realm, PPPs and sustainable urban rehabilitation. Managed the study “Financing Metropolitan Governments in Transitional Countries” representing Belgrade in international project, comparing 9 SEE Europe capital cities.

Mr. Bojan Jankovic is the Deputy Director of the Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency of Serbia (SIEPA), a Government Agency dedicated to supporting investors and Serbian companies. He supports a staff of around 40 multilingual employees working out of the company’s headquarters in Belgrade which handle projects from and to all over the world. Before being appointed as the Deputy Director (October 2007), Mr. Jankovic worked as FDI Advisor for the company for three years on some of the largest projects in Serbia. The list of clients he worked with includes companies like Ball Packaging, Asahi Glass Company, JTI, Siemens, Delphi automotive, Leoni, NCR and many others.
Prior to SIEPA Mr. Jankovic spent three years working with the international leader in detergents and cosmetics business Henkel, a company itself a very important investor in Serbia. During those three years spent at Henkel exclusive distributor he quickly moved rank from a sales developer to key account manager.
Education wise, Mr. Jankovic holds a BBA degree from Institute Franco American De Management, Paris (2001) and an MBAon the European University in Belgrade (2005). He is currently a scholarship attendee ofthe Cotrugli Executive MBA program.
He is a certified assessor and validator of small and medium businesses and holds EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) certificate. Bojan speaks native English and has a basic understanding of German and French as well. He is married and has a son, Simon.

Jelena Vitasovic
Jelena has a diverse professional experience in both property development and construction industries. Whilst at University, Jelena specialised in Project management through the scope of subjects and areas studied which varied from Construction Technology & Best Practice through to Legal Studies and Development Appraisal.
For six years Jelena has worker in City of Belgrade`s Land development Agency where she gained vast experience both in effective understanding of the critical requirements arising from involvement in a major construction project where City of Belgrade was a client. In particular, she has successfully managed various aspects of the project ensuring all specified elements where completed within programmed time scales and given budget, under contract stipulations, and fully meeting the requirements both technically and legally. Working side by side GM and Mayor`s office has enabled Jelena to demonstrate, and further develop, core skills such as effective communication at all levels, Team working and the planning and organisation of tasks and people.
In 2005 Jelena has joined a major Serbian developer where she undertook a role of Project manager for Usce complex phase II of 200.000 m2 mixed use with direct responsibility to Managing board in respect of 77 mil Euro budget. In two years Jelena has personally organised a team of 22 engineers and pursued all procurements and contracts in regards to the design and construction.
Jelena joined Mace in November 2007.and immediately attended MACE training course for “Implementation of MACE Project Management Procedures”, organised by MACE Intl. After she has successfully managed important MACE projects in the region and has shown exquisite leadership skills, Jelena has been promoted to Operation Director for Serbia in May 2011.

Key Data
Since November 2010 Milan is intensively engaged in Contract and Claim Management as well as being the Head of the Technical Office. LOT 3.0 Design and Construction of the New Beška Bridge over the Danube river. His responsibilities involve the preparation of claims and variation orders; correspondence with the supervising consultant and the client; monthly payment certificates; monthly progress reports; method statements for the execution of works; programme of works; drawing and design coordination; and taking over and as-built documentation.
Prior to this, from September 2009 till October 2010, he was responsible for the planning, scheduling, design and drawing coordination, controlling, was an internal health and safety officer, as well as being the Quality Control Manager, since July 2009 when he joined Alpine, for LOT 5.0 Repair and Rehabilitation of the existing bridge over the Danube River near Beška and the Approach Roads to the south and north of the new bridge.
His work involved the creation, management and implementation of the Quality Assurance System and daily Quality Control Documentation. While working at Asmec Consultants from May 2007 till June 2009 Milan has been involved in many international and local structural engineering design projects. Of particular mention are, Zarya, a residential complex of three high rise buildings in Sochi, Russia, two of which are 24 and 34 stories and are designed with seismic dampers to efficiently resist earthquakes; a commercial and residential complex in Bar, Montenegro; and a design and capacity check and subsequent strengthening of a Movable Scaffolding System, E-75 motorway Novi Sad-Belgrade at Beška, Serbia.
Milan has participated in all phases of design, from concept design to detailed design, detailed finite element modeling and analysis and design, technical drawing and reinforcement detailing thought to project management, project supervision, internal design control, site supervision and quality control. To date he has worked on projects in Serbia, Montenegro, Russia, Democratic Republic of Congo and Zambia.
Prior employment as a research assistant in the Vibration Engineering Group, University of Sheffield from October 2004 till May 2007 where he researched the dynamic behavior of stadium grandstands due to human occupation and excitation. His research involved remote monitoring of prominent stadiums in the UK during football games and concerts, field testing using forced vibrations of both stadiums and buildings, and data analysis and finite element modeling.
During university, as part of a scholarship he was awarded, Milan worked at Flint & Neill Partnership in London, two eight week summer internships in 2002 and 2003. He was involved in projects such as the Port Tawe Bridge, Swansea; bearing replacement on the Thelwell Viaduct, Manchester; Calatrava’s Macken St. Bridge, Dublin; fatigue analysis of cables in masts; and stability of lattice towers.
Milan has finished primary and secondary school and university in English, which he speak s and writes fluently. He has completed an intensive five week French language course in Nice, France in addition to learning French throughout secondary school. He studied Spanish during university; and studied Portuguese at a two month course in Belgrade.

Key Data
Since November 2010 Milan is intensively engaged in Contract and Claim Management as well as being the Head of the Technical Office. LOT 3.0 Design and Construction of the New Beška Bridge over the Danube river. His responsibilities involve the preparation of claims and variation orders; correspondence with the supervising consultant and the client; monthly payment certificates; monthly progress reports; method statements for the execution of works; programme of works; drawing and design coordination; and taking over and as-built documentation.
Prior to this, from September 2009 till October 2010, he was responsible for the planning, scheduling, design and drawing coordination, controlling, was an internal health and safety officer, as well as being the Quality Control Manager, since July 2009 when he joined Alpine, for LOT 5.0 Repair and Rehabilitation of the existing bridge over the Danube River near Beška and the Approach Roads to the south and north of the new bridge.
His work involved the creation, management and implementation of the Quality Assurance System and daily Quality Control Documentation. While working at Asmec Consultants from May 2007 till June 2009 Milan has been involved in many international and local structural engineering design projects. Of particular mention are, Zarya, a residential complex of three high rise buildings in Sochi, Russia, two of which are 24 and 34 stories and are designed with seismic dampers to efficiently resist earthquakes; a commercial and residential complex in Bar, Montenegro; and a design and capacity check and subsequent strengthening of a Movable Scaffolding System, E-75 motorway Novi Sad-Belgrade at Beška, Serbia.
Milan has participated in all phases of design, from concept design to detailed design, detailed finite element modeling and analysis and design, technical drawing and reinforcement detailing thought to project management, project supervision, internal design control, site supervision and quality control. To date he has worked on projects in Serbia, Montenegro, Russia, Democratic Republic of Congo and Zambia.
Prior employment as a research assistant in the Vibration Engineering Group, University of Sheffield from October 2004 till May 2007 where he researched the dynamic behavior of stadium grandstands due to human occupation and excitation. His research involved remote monitoring of prominent stadiums in the UK during football games and concerts, field testing using forced vibrations of both stadiums and buildings, and data analysis and finite element modeling.
During university, as part of a scholarship he was awarded, Milan worked at Flint & Neill Partnership in London, two eight week summer internships in 2002 and 2003. He was involved in projects such as the Port Tawe Bridge, Swansea; bearing replacement on the Thelwell Viaduct, Manchester; Calatrava’s Macken St. Bridge, Dublin; fatigue analysis of cables in masts; and stability of lattice towers.
Milan has finished primary and secondary school and university in English, which he speak s and writes fluently. He has completed an intensive five week French language course in Nice, France in addition to learning French throughout secondary school. He studied Spanish during university; and studied Portuguese at a two month course in Belgrade.

Jelena Jevremović has graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Belgrade University, followed by Masters Degree obtained at Technikon University in Pretoria, RSA.
Specialized in retail, Jelena joined Mercator in 2010 to focus on development and management of RE properties in Serbia, concept advisory and positionig existing and future retail projects of Mercator group.
With 12 years of experience in the Retail business, Jelena has in-depth knowledge and true understanding of both the international and local Retail market. Sebastijan Trajkovski
Sebastian Trajkovski was born in 1972. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering (University of Ljubljana). He is Deputy CEO of Energoplan, the construction and real estate development company, with head office in Ljubljana, but working regionally in the countries of former Yugoslavia and its surroundings. Mainly he is responsible for the development of the real estate projects in Energoplan Group. Among other references he was also the director of the public-private partnership project for developing and building the kindergarten near Ljubljana. He is the comentor of several thesis in the field of investment projects and gives lectures in conferences and seminars on real estate and general on civil engineering.

Ivan Čakarević
Ivan Čakarević is the Business Development Director at Porto Montenegro, a luxury superyacht marina development located in Tivat, Montenegro. The project consists of a 650-berth marina, over 700 luxury apartments, golf course, hotels, retail space and casino. Among other responsibilities, Ivan is responsible for structuring and implementing an 18-hole golf course development and for setting up a superyacht refit and servicing facility with a leading European refit operator. As a member of the initial setup team, Ivan managed integrated financial model for the project and associated investments, managed bid preparation for privatization and concession tenders including due diligence assignments and sourced investment and partnership opportunities for all components of the project.
Prior to joining Porto Montenegro in 2007, Ivan helped set up one of the first regional private equity funds in Serbia working as an Investment Director for SEAF, a Washington-based private equity fund investing in emerging markets. Prior to this, Ivan worked for HVB Bank (UniCredit Group) in Belgrade, covering key clients and major real estate projects, and for EPIC, an Austrian M&A investment banking boutique.
Ivan holds an MBA degree in Finance from the Goizueta Business School, Emory University, in Atlanta. While in the United States, he worked at Indus Capital Partners LLC, a New York-based hedge fund where he performed risk assessment analysis of the fund’s investment portfolio. Jelena Pejković holds a B.A. degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Harvard University and M.Arch. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has worked for the Renzo Piano Building Workshop in Paris and Genova as a design team member on various projects including the Fogg Art Museum at Harvard University, the Master plan for the Harvard University expansion in Allston, Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth, Texas and the new Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City.
