Carlton Ervin is Senior Vice President of International Hotel Development for the regions of the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, ex. Yugoslavia, Spain & Portugal for all Marriott Brands. He relocated to Zurich, Switzerland in August 2008 to join the EMEA Development Team.

From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Ervin worked in Manhattan as an associate in the corporate banking division with the New York law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Immediately out of law school, Mr. Ervin worked as an international associate for law firms in Buenos Aires, Argentina (1995 – 1996).
Mr. Ervin received a JD (cum laude) from Harvard Law School in 1995 and a dual degree (BA) in Economics and Political Science (magna cum laude) from Duke University in 1992.
Mr. Vladimir Đelić is an Attorney at Law and legal expert with over 18 years of practice. He started his training in 1991 at Leslie & Godwin (Lloyds insurance brokers) from the Citz of London, where he had completed an in-house traininig programme in claims management in insurance-related matters (marine and non marine insurance, construction insurance, claims negotiation, insurance-related litigation and arbitration).
After Leslie & Godwin, he worked as trainee solicitor in Richards Butler international Law firm in the City of London, where he focused on Shipping Law - charter party disputes, cargo claims, ship-building contracts and shipping related arbitration. After returnign to Yugoslavia in 1993, he practiced as an Associate in Čolović, Trifunović & Božović Law Office, passed the Bar Exam in 1995 and became Partner in 1996.
Mr. Đelić advises and represents large number of local and foreign companies in their transactions in Republic of Serbia and ex-Yugoslav republics, and he specialized in energy, construction industry, insurance, privatization and restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, structured finance deals (Serbia and cross-border), commercial litigation and other trading related matters.
During the last eight years, Mr. Vladimir Đelić advised the Privatization Agency of Serbia in sales of more than 70 socially owned companies. He advised clients in acquisition of majority stakes in banks and insurance companies, while today as legal advisor, he advises the Electric Power Company of Serbia (EPS) in the process of attracting strategic partners for construction and management of two steam power plants in the Republic of Serbia.
Mr. Đelić also took part in drafting of various laws, including the Consumer Protection Law, Tobacco Law, Law on financial leasing, Mortgage law, Advertising Law, etc. Mr. Đelić also participates in various conferences in both the Republic of Serbia and abroad. In the past few years he was visiting lecturer and speaker for Swiss organizations SECO, SIPO, SEC and SOFI.
Mr. Đelić took part in the first Swiss Forum in Zurich, which was held in June 2006, as well as in 2007 Swiss Trade Mission to Belgrade. As a visiting lecturer for NGO Edukacioni Centar from Leskovac, he held various lectures in Leskovac, Vranje, Bujanovac, Preševo, etc.
He was one of the speakers at the first REBEC conference in Belgrade in 2008.
Mr. Đelic completed a practical training programme in alternative dispute resolution in Construction, which was organized by the World Bank, the Geneva Dispute Board Federation and the FIDIC.
Senior Partner in Joksović, Stojanović and Partners, Nenad Stanković, born in 1971, graduated from Belgrade University School of Law in 1995 and was admitted in the State and Belgrade Bar Associations in 1998. Mr. Stankovic is leading real estate and project financing practice in the JSP. Justin co-founded Pluto Capital, a pan-European property investment business with operations in the UK, Germany and the Balkans. Pluto’s Balkan property development fund has been active in the region since the start of 2005 and has built up a portfolio of projects in Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro. Current developments include retail parks in secondary Serbian cities, apartment complexes in Belgrade and an office tower in Zagreb. Pluto’s most recent coastal development, Kotor Vista, won the IPA’s “Best development in Montenegro” award. Prior to founding Pluto, Justin worked as a management consultant at McKinsey and as a banker at Standard Chartered Bank. Justin has a Masters in Physics from Oxford University, an MSE in Telecomms from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from INSEAD business school.
Stojan Semiz is a partner at CMS Belgrade, and Head of Real Estate and Project Finance Team. As an expert in the field of real estate and property/project finance, he has distinguished working experience in transactions and development projects throughout the CEE region. His previous experience includes 5 years as senior counsel to the largest Serbian construction company, where he gained valuable experience in projects in South America, CIS and the Middle East, including World Bank financed infrastructure projects. Stojan is fluent in English and Serbian.
Miodrag Gazibara, born on May 24th 1977 and currently holds the position of Director of Sales and Leasing at Delta Real Estate. Miodrag obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Winona State University with a double major in Marketing and Production & Operations Management. After graduation, Miodrag joined a privately-owned real estate company in Chicago where he worked in commercial and residential real estate for a period of 5 years. Upon his return to Belgrade, he joined Colliers International as the Director of Retail where he consulted clients on numerous projects, including both Delta City shopping malls. At Delta Real Estate Miodrag is in charge of setting up the leasing strategy for all future developments, deciding on concept design and positioning for each project, valuations and asset disposal. Delta Real Estate’s portfolio of developments will include large-scale projects in all countries of ex-Yugoslavia and Albania totaling over €3 billion and over 3 million m₂ of built area for which Miodrag and his team will have a key role in strategic decision making.

In 2000, Branislav graduated economy at Berlin University (Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft). In that period he acquired experience in the real estate and economy sector an assistant to the Director in Wohnbauten Comfort GmbH, Berlin, and also in the internet and sofrware technologies sector in the companies New Economy and Pixelpark AG.
In April 2003, he was appointed Project Manager in the Novi Sad office of Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia.
In December 2004, Branislav became Foreign Investments Consultant, in May 2005 Deputy Director and in November of the same year he was appointed Director of Vojvodina Investment Promotion – VIP.

Krsta Sandić is a multidisciplinary expert with great experience in international corporations operations as well as in international and intercultural communication, integration and development of logistics, financial and operative needs of companies. In the course of his twenty years long career he achieved significant results in strategic finance analysis, planning and business relationship with financial institution. In January 2008 he took over the post of the Managing Director of the company „Robne kuće Beograd“, upon the company’s successful acquisition. With 32 facilities and 240,000 square meters of retail space in Serbia and Montenegro, RKB have the largest retail space portfolio in the region. Since February 2006 he has been the member of „Verano“ management in charge of real estate investments, international financing and business development, and since December of the same year he has been Vice President of „Verano“. Krsta studied in Belgrade and Athens where he got his degree at the American College of Greece.
Rastko B. Đokić finished Faculty of organisational sciences and have degree in construction sciences. Working experiance started during schooling time, from 1995, working in export-import companz for construction materials and machines. Between 1998 and 2004 he started operations for two international companies on this market (IMI and SIKA). In the same period he was engaged on several projects as project manager (VMA Belgrade, Societe Generale HQ). UNHCR contracted him as consultant in regions Aranđelovac and Mladenovac on the Project IDP. Starting from 2004 he is employed in MPC Properties as facility manager and soon after he is forming first company in Serbia for facility management services. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Anna Nazou started her corporate career in DANOS, in December 2003, as a member of the valuations department, where she was responsible for loan valuations provided by the company to a number of Greek Financial Institutions. She has also participated as a team member and later as head of the team in a number of portfolio valuations and feasibility studies for both private and public entities. During her initial year with the company, she managed to demonstrate communication and diversified consultancy skills and was promoted to Head of the International Business Department of DANOS, a role that demanded valuation, negotiations experience as well as strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.
As Head of the International Business Department, a role which she has been exercising since January 2005, her main area of activities is concerned with foreign investment, heading and coordinating international accounts, liaising with the companies international alliance network, as well as representing the company and the real estate market to international clients. During her practice, she has managed to significantly increase the activity of her department, to win a number of exclusive and retained accounts for the company and to successfully conclude a number of important investment transactions and due diligence assignments.
Prior to her occupation at DANOS, and before undertaking her post graduate studies, Anna worked as a free launcher / Real Estate Agent, running her own business, called AGP Nazos in Lavrion Greece. Her main area of activities was to promote local residential (mostly summer homes) as well as commercial properties. Her business was continued by her father after her decision to develop her real estate skills through further education and a corporate real estate career.

Head of Valuation Desk and Models & Methods Unit at UniCredit Bank Srbija. Born on 26 May 1979. He graduated from Belgrade University Faculty of Economics as one of the top students of his generation. After a brief internship in Business Advisory Services Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Belgrade office, in 2004 he joined the real estate finance unit of UniCredit Bank Srbija (HVB Bank Serbia and Montenegro at the time) where he progressively advanced through all the positions from assistant relationship manager to head of real estate finance. He was active in introducing and promoting the project financing model in Serbia and has an extensive experience in arranging debt financing for all types of real estate projects, including the fist residential project financing in Serbia, financing of the first business park in Serbia and a syndicated financing of the biggest retail project in Serbia. Giles is the Head of Development Management for Mainland Europe. He advises clients, including end users, financial institutions, land owners and developers in all types of development and investment projects across Europe.
Giles joined EC Harris from Helios where he was Managing Director for projects outside the UK, including Romania, Germany, Ukraine and Russia. He was responsible for obtaining funds for all developments, identifying and acquiring sites, procuring buildings and lettings. He was also involved with forming JV companies.
Prior to Helios, Giles was the National Head of Business Space and the Director in Charge of the Manchester office at Chesterton. He acted for retailers with expansion and contraction plans, as well as industrial and warehousing companies.
