What can be additionally offered to the investors in Serbia

It’s not such a usual case that the municipalities throughout Serbia fully regulate the property of the locations that are intended to be further offered to the  potential investors  for further development. As stated by the Mayor of the city of Sabac, Mr. Milos Milosevic, at the opening of the Capitol Retail Park, a very important thing that can be offered to investors is an absolutely regulated location that is the subject of interest. The location has to be regulated both in terms of property and infrastructure requirements.

Of course, the financial aspect of the value of the property must also be acceptable for the investor. That is usually the first step to attract potential investors, especially when you can choose the position, size, location and infrastructure capacity on it.

The second, even more important step, is the moment when potential investors realize that the partner they can have is the local government, especially in regulating and solving any problems that may occur during the development of a targeted investment. Without this partnership there is no successful investment, and without a successful investment there are no jobs to be offered, all leading to no progress in Serbia.
