Domestic Constructors Are Able to Be the Most Competitive
At the opening ceremony of the retail park in Šabac, Mr. Ognjen Kisin, from the company in charge of the construction - Konstruktor Konsalting in Belgrade, proudly presented the built facility. He paid special attention to the technology used during the construction which is in every aspect supported the original concept and layout of this facility. The savings that in this manner have been achieved are about 20% of the planned budget for the construction.
Mr. Kisin added that this concept of construction in the long-term run, will enable the investor a high efficiency represented in the possibility to, during the process of changing lessees, with the lowest level of the building interventions and associated costs, have the space maximally utilized, operational and fully subordinated to the demands of new lessees.
During this venture, Konstruktor Konsalting gained knowledge and experience that they will be able to offer to the local market in the upcoming period, on similar projects.
