Immofinanz Present in Serbia but with a Modest Interest

The land owners in Serbia are still not realistic enough in terms of expectations of the price that can be achieved by potential customers. This is why the land in in Serbia is considered expensive. Also, the leaseholders in Serbia are not ready yet to pay the actual amount of the rent. Consequently, as far as the Immofinanz Group is concerned, they are still not ready to be present in Serbia, although there are two potential projects in development, said Eduard Zehetner, CEO of Immofinanz Group.
