As stated by Mike Edwards, Serbia is underdeveloped but has a  great real estate development potential. Mike Edwards is a Cushman & Wakefield  Partner based in Budapest, where he is the Head of Valuation & Advisory for Central Europe. He is also on the management board of the Budapest office. He has been based in the Central European region since 2002.

Cushman & Wakefield continues to indirectly follow the situation from the offices in the neighboring countries. In anticipation of the confirmation of the market improvement  and further increase of interest, the company is ready to open their office in Serbia. Especially in Belgrade.
