30 Days before REBEC 2018 Opening
Only a month before the official beginning of 11th REBEC this year, the organizers can brag about the great number of speakers confirmed their attendance. This year’s ticket sale has been going up compared to the previous years, and with 81 speakers confirmed, the statistics are as follows:
- 11 Law Office representatives (5 regional);
- 7 Bank representatives (Erste, UniCredit, Intesa, OTP and Eurobank, as well as institutional EBRD and EIB);
- 6 prestigious hospitality brands and groups (Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, IHG Group, Accor and EasyHotels);
- 4 shopping malls representatives,
- 11 retail parks representatives,
- 3 entrepreneurs involved in the office project development;
This is a good indicator that shows how Serbian RE market has become interesting and recommended for the development of real estate investments. Also, these facts confirm the information that beside the project "Beograd na vodi" (River water front development) there are over 1.5 million squares of advanced types of projects being developed as we speak. REBEC will help understand and interpret the current processes and expected development effects, as it will try to predict where the Serbian RE market will be in relation to the SEE region in the following two years.
