Petar's real estate practice focuses on all aspects of real estate work with primary emphasis on commercial acquisitions, real estate finance and real estate management both in the UK and mainland Europe. He has represented institutional investors, foreign and domestic banks and a wide variety of other commercial real estate investors. He has also represented offshore investors on residential acquisitions predominantly in south east England. In the UK, recent transactions have focused on real estate and development finance deals for both lender and borrower. In mainland Europe, Petar has worked closely with a number of investment banks with recent transactions focusing on central and south eastern Europe and Russia.
