Magsud Rahmanov, Head of Hotel Transactions CEE & SEE, C&W, Prague

Magsud's major focus is hotel capital market advisory across Central, Southern & Eastern Europe. He has worked on and successfully completed projects across 10 major markets within Continental Europe advising clients on disposals and acquisitions as well as other strategic decisions. In the past years, Magsud has been involved in successful completion of transaction totalling a value of over Eur 600 million.
Magsud joined Cushman & Wakefield in July 2015 and is based in Prague, Czech Republic. Before joining the company, Magsud worked in a boutique investment advisory firm, which focused on providing financial structuring of high-risk investment projects in CIS and EMEA regions.
