Mikhail Pokataev, Project Manager, Azvirt, Serbia

Mikhail Pokataev has over 20 years’ of top-tier experience in the field of engineering, contract and claims management on major infrastructure projects in Russia, Germany, Poland, Slovakia and Serbia with value up to 300 million Euro. His hands-on experience in the preparation of cost/time related claims, contracts’ review and contractual negotiations and multi-language skills were always allowing for efficient integration into and leadership of international teams related thereof. As highlights of such liaison could be mentioned his active participation in legal and technical working groups while preparation of the D1 Motorway PPP project in Slovakia as well as successfully spearheading the leadership and development of contract management teams on major highway projects in Poland with a total average value of 700 million Euro.
Since 2012 Mikhail was assuring for sustainable leadership and management of technical support team for a major motorway project in Serbia of total value 320 million Euro in relation to contract/claims management, time planning, cost control and management of subcontractors. From February 2018 has undertaken position of Project Manager at construction of high-speed railway tunnel Cortanovci near Novi Sad (Northern portal).
