Susanne is a Partner within Cushman & Wakefield’s London office and leads Workplace Strategy in the UK. She has extensive experience working with global corporate and public sector clients across EMEA.
 

Susanne links organizational culture and performance to create innovative physical and virtual work environments. Her approach is human centric founded on research and evidence based methodologies in response to changing work processes, behaviors, agility and technology in alignment with organizational business drivers.

Her clients have included Mastercard, ING, Roche, L’Oréal, Coca-Cola, BP and HSBC to provide a consistent and aligned approach to workplace change.

Susanne has developed many organizational workplace guidelines and has also contributed to the BCO guidelines.  She speaks regularly at both public and corporate sector forums on workplace trends and received a CoreNet Luminary Award for the 2015 EMEA Summit.
