Based in Belgrade, Mr. Nešovanović is heading the Jones Lang LaSalle Professional Services team, providing consultancy and valuation services in SEE region, through eight (8) countries: Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Albania.

 Mr. Nešovanović has extensive knowledge on SEE Real Estate markets, working for more than ten years through the region on wide range of instructions. He has been involved in almost every relevant Real Estate project in Serbia, having performed and / or monitored in excess of one thousand valuations, feasibility studies, market and marketability studies, and highest and best use studies for various types of properties. Mr. Nešovanović has been involved in hundreds of regional projects in other Former Yugoslavia countries as well as in Bulgaria.
His clients are the most important companies dealing in the Real Estate sector in Serbia and the SEE region, including all major financial institutions, funds, investors, developers and large corporates. Mr. Nešovanović’s areas of specialisation include real estate consultancy, with a focus on development appraisal. He had conducted and led appraisals ranging from football stadiums to large investment portfolios.

 Mr. Nešovanović had advisory role to the Serbian government during adaptation of the Law of Spatial Planning and Construction and subsequent by – laws. He is one of founding members of Associations of Appraisers of Serbia. Mr Nešovanović had been Vice President of FIC Real Estate Committee from 2010 to 2012. He has published many articles in prestigious business / real estate magazines such as NIN, Ekonomist, M2 and AG Real Estate.
