Patrick is the Managing Director for Spiller Farmer Ltd, a Real Estate Agency in Zagreb in Croatia. Patrick has been active in the region since 2003 and took over as managing director in 2006. He has been responsible coordinating retail and office projects in Croatia and since 2007 as well evaluating and advising developers with their tourism projects. Most of the located on coast (resorts and city hotels) as well as Zagreb. The majority of them were Greenfield developments but lately the trend has shifted to adapting existing properties. Since 2010 Spiller Farmer has been very active in resolving distressed assets for banks and international developers.
