For 18 years long career, Petar was involved in financing whole spectrum of market players: developers, investors, contractors and building materials producers with full range of banking products and services.
His experience spans from residential and retail, over office to industrial properties and hotels. Opportunity to occasionally work on projects in Vienna, Prague and Budapest complemented local experience in sales, risk management and advisory.
Being licensed RE broker, he extended his experience also in transactions, both on sell side and buy side.
For the last 2 years, he puts strong effort in understanding and supporting on going civil engineering boom in Serbia. Billions of euros worth road & railroad projects, water treatment factories and renewable energy projects color Serbian GDP and are happening once in a lifetime.
