Marin Stenglin took the position of a Member of the Management Board of Alfa Stan Group in 2020. where he is in charge of strategic development, sales and marketing.
Prior to Alfa Stan Group, Marin Štenglin held a number of executive management positions, such as a Member of the board of the largest Croatian DIY chain Pevex d.d., deputy chairman of the international Zumtobel group and managing director of the English company Thorn lighting for Eastern Europe.
His areas of expertise are coming from international B2B sales and key account management, project management, capital investment monitoring, corporate business development, change management, business process reengineering, strategic alliance development, virtual international team management in a traditional and matrix organizational structures.
Marin Stenglin has more than 20 years of international business experience in Central and Eastern Europe, Benelux and Russia.
