Nikola Suzic MRICS is the director of Alfa Real Estate Belgrade. He is in charge of development of valuation and other advisory services, carrying out property valuations, feasibility studies, market research studies and court expert reports. Nikola has multidisciplinary background, having worked for renowned real estate consultancies, such as Colliers International, CBRE and local affiliates of NAI Global.
Nikola has a very solid understanding of banking industry, as he worked at UniCredit Bank Serbia as the Director of Collateral Management Unit. He has closely cooperated with Project Financing Department and has been involved in the credit approval process for some of the largest real estate projects in Serbia. Throughout his career, he had the opportunity to work with the largest investors in Serbia and the region, assessing large-scale projects and supporting management decisions.
Since 2018, Nikola has become a licensed real estate valuer according to the Serbian Law on Real estate valuations, and he was elected a Court expert in economic and finance since 2014. Nikola has been a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2019.
