Tijana is a manager in the Economic Research Department of Banca Intesa, which deals with monitoring and analyzing macroeconomic trends in the country and the surrounding area, as well as creating projections of the main economic and banking sector indicators, as a basis for defining the bank's budget and development strategies. In addition to the focus on the macro-environment, her special field of interest is sectoral analyses, which are carried out with the aim of looking at the perspectives of economic branches that are important for defining credit strategies for all segments of the economy and small business.
Tijana has two decades of work experience in the banking sector. Before joining the team of the Department of Economic Research, she worked in the sector for dinar placements of Delta Bank, as well as the risk management and credit management sectors of Banca Intesa, and for the longest time in the business analysis and creditworthiness of large and multinational clients and groups, as well as credit requests from the field of project financing.
She graduated and completed her master's studies in economics at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade.
