Jelena Radulovic is a law graduate by education and a pioneer in the commercial sector of foreign franchises operating on the territory of Serbia and the region.
From 2001 as the third employee of Colliers until the founding of CBRE in Serbia in 2007, later CBS International and IO Partners, she is now building her own story called Libra Real Estate. As the originator of many segments of the world of commercial real estate such as office buildings, retail and logistics, she follows global development trends and supports foreign and domestic investors in their projects in Serbia.
From Delta City, Airport City, and today to locations where various multifunctional projects are springing up, Libra’s mission is that knowledge and quality in work always give results.
