Martina Bosnjak is the general manager at CML Construction Services in Croatia and Slovenia. Her main responsibilities include supporting the operational units within the STRABAG Group with integrated services at all stages of project implementation – from project acquisition to the construction and post-construction phases, including assistance in legal proceedings, arbitration, and other dispute resolution mechanisms.
Before joining the STRABAG Group, Martina worked as a legal counsel at the state - owned company Hrvatske vode, where she managed various legal matters. She was also involved in the execution of international projects in accordance with World Bank regulations. Martina joined STRABAG in 2010 and, four years later, she became the group leader and general manager at the newly established CML Construction Services Croatia, a position she still holds today. As of January 2024, Martina has also been appointed as managing director of CML Slovenia.
Martina graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb and passed the Croatian bar exam. She is a member of the Croatian Mediation Association.
