Bojan graduated from the Technical University of Novi Sad with a degree in Architecture in 2006. He is also certified in Project Management from Cornell University. Bojan began his career as an architect in Russia, where he worked with various construction and design companies from 2007 to 2011.
In 2011, he transitioned to the hospitality sector, initially joining Rezidor Hotel Group. In 2013, he became part of the Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), where he currently serves as the Design Director for Eastern Europe, the CIS &  Georgia, the Balkans, and Cyprus.
In his role at IHG, Bojan has successfully opened hotels in several countries, introducing first-time brands in markets such as Mongolia, Armenia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan. He specializes in leading hotel projects under the IHG umbrella, influencing design teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects across diverse markets.
